TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to every order placed on spntogo.com ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All Hunters' Road calendars are handmade after your order is placed. Production takes 4–6 weeks before shipping. By ordering, you confirm you have read and accept this production time.
2. MYSTERY CONTENTS
Each calendar contains 24 sealed surprise items (such as stickers, pins, keychains and charms). The exact items are a mystery, vary between boxes, and are not listed in advance. We do not accept requests for specific items or swaps.
3. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in your local currency and include free shipping. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you ordered.
4. PROMOTIONS
Discounts and sale prices are valid only during the stated promotion period and cannot be applied to past orders.
5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you can cancel free within 24 hours of ordering; after that a 20% production fee applies because your box is already being built; and once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. We only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
6. SHIPPING
Handled according to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Every order ships free and tracked worldwide, after the 4–6 week production time.
7. PRODUCT IMAGES
Product photos show the calendar as closely as possible. Because every box is handmade, small differences in color, print and finish are normal and are not defects.
8. FAN PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Hunters' Road is an independent, original product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any TV network, studio, or production company.
9. SAFETY
Calendars contain small parts and are not intended for children under 14.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed dates or occasions.
11. REFUSING ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
